Shipping policy

Once an order is received, we will have it processed within 1-3 business days, this excludes weekends and public bank holidays. 

We work with suppliers from around the world to source high-quality products, so our suppliers typically ship items within 1-5 days business days of receiving an order.

From this point, it can take 10-20 days business days for some items to arrive, however a lot of items can typically taking less time than this to arrive. We work with different suppliers throughout different countries this is why shipping times will vary based on your location. We always offer free shipping worldwide, but please be aware in certain circumstances, that may be beyond our control, can mean some items may take around 30 days to ship, these include major holidays, job and industrial action, severe climate changes and global pandemics like covid-19, therefore they can all causes shipping delays.

Please be assured we will always do our best and work with our suppliers to get your order out to you as fast as we can, and we really do appreciate your custom.

Please be aware that the if your are ordering multiple items, they may arrive at slightly different times, due to certain products coming from different suppliers.

Please note, if your order is subject to any import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ahh Woof Woof is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once you have made a purchase you will then receive an order confirmation email. Then once your order has shipped, you will receive a further email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received any confirmation of your order or confirmation of shipping with tracking number, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

If you have not received a tracking number within 48 hours of your order been shipped, then please contact us and as soon as it is available the details of this will be updated to you. 

Can i cancel or change my order?

Yes, it is possible to cancel or change your order but we can not always guarantee this, as your order may have already been processed, if this is the case then it may not be possible to cancel or change it.

If you are Cancelling or changing your order then this may incur certain charges. Please email us as soon as possible with all your details, so we can deal with your inquiry.
